The owner expects to use the bathhouse, including as temporary housing during the construction of a large cottage. Therefore, the bathhouse received a residential attic. A few months after the construction of the bathhouse was completed, the owner decided to slightly expand the usable area of ​​the building and ordered an additional room. The compact residential block was attached to the main building from the porch side.

The bath house, as well as the extension, were built using frame technology. The frame made of dry planed boards is sheathed on the outside with a hydro-windproof membrane, and on the inside with a vapor barrier film. Ecowool is “blown” into the interior of the walls. Thermal insulation thickness is 150 mm. The interfloor ceiling and roof are also insulated with ecowool (200 mm). On the floors of the first floor there is combined insulation: ecowool in the relaxation room, and extruded polystyrene foam under a layer of waterproofing in the steam room and sink.

On the ground floor of the building there is a relaxation room, a steam room and a washing room, plus a room (16 sq. m.) in the annex. On the second floor there is one room.
