The clients set the task for the author of the project to squeeze the maximum benefit out of the space, to use every centimeter of space. In a one-room apartment it was necessary to arrange a spacious kitchen with a sofa area and a separate bedroom with a dressing room. At the same time, the option of a studio with a transformable bed or a bed in a niche was not considered in principle. To solve this issue, the designer added a balcony to the living space, increasing the total area from the original 43 square meters to 48.
