- Before installation, you need to pay attention to the total weight of the structure. If the manufacturer claims a weight of 400 kg or more, then such fireplaces should be installed on a pre-poured foundation.

A closed central (island) fireplace has less power compared to units with an open firebox. In the second case, it is necessary to ensure that the structure has certain safety elements, for example, sides that will prevent embers from falling onto the floor.
