How did the series “Container” turn out?
The authors of “Container” do not try to moralize about Sasha’s controversial business - their focus is on things that are more understandable and pleasant to the viewer. Do you want to watch the lives of the rich? Please - here are the interiors of the luxurious estate of a high-ranking bureaucrat. Do you want to feel sorry for the poor? If you please, here are the shabby entrances of high-rise buildings in the residential areas where the main character and her comrades in social status live. Do you want to grumble about the topic “These bastards are getting too greedy, it’s time for them all to go to the streetlights”? No problem - the rude remarks that the official’s wife’s friend throws at Sasha (they say, this is not a person, but a container for bearing a child) perfectly contribute to inciting class hatred. In general, the authors pull the right strings well and press the right buttons in a timely manner, except that they slightly overdo it with the demonization of the image of the “brother” - in the interpretation of actor Artem Bystrov, he turned out to be a frankly operetta-like villain.
And, of course, an unforeseen mistake happened with the very dream that Sasha, together with the children of her clients, is nurturing - she, imagine, is saving money to... buy a house in Spain! Therefore, in fact, it accepts payments exclusively in euros. Of course, the series was filmed before the pandemic, when no one suspected that Spain, along with other countries attractive for real estate investment, would soon be fenced off from Russia by a coronavirus curtain - experienced viewers, of course, would guess this and would not judge the scriptwriters too harshly.
And yet, the concentrated look with which Akinshina’s heroine calculates her savings and chooses her dream home from catalogues, looks touching and naive. I just want to say: finally forget about apartments in Andalusia! Better think about a one-room apartment in Sochi - maybe your labor savings will be enough for the down payment...
Payments to federal beneficiaries in 2022 will increase by 5.8%, and maternity capital – by only 4%
A meeting of the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations (RTK), which is attended by representatives of employers, trade unions and the state, is taking place in Moscow. The commission must agree on the main indicators of the federal budget for 2022-2024, in particular the volume of social support measures for the population.
According to Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, the indexation coefficient for payments to federal beneficiaries has already been determined - we are talking about those who receive monthly cash payments (MCB), as well as compensation for the cost of a set of social services (NSS). Their payments will increase by 5.8% from February 1.
For example, payments for combat veterans will increase from 2000.38 rubles to 2116.4 rubles, and taking into account the cost of a set of social services - from 3212.04 to 3398.34 rubles per month. And the payment to disabled people of the second group will increase from 1,707.36 rubles to 1,806.39 rubles, and taking into account the range of social services, it will amount to 3,088.32 rubles (instead of 2,919.02 rubles).
The EDV and the cost of the NSO are indexed every year from February 1 to the inflation rate of the previous year. This year, inflation is expected to be 5.8%, which is why the government has set this indexation coefficient. In 2023 and 2024, inflation is expected to fall to the target level of 4% - and this is how social payments to federal beneficiaries will be increased.
Maternity capital should also be indexed annually by inflation , but this will not happen in 2022. According to Tatyana Golikova, maternity capital in 2022 will grow as follows:

- for the first child born after 2021 or for the second child born before 2019 - from 483,881 to 503,237 rubles;
- for a second child born after 2021 - from 639,431 to 665,009 rubles;
- additional payment for the birth of a second child, if the first was born after 2021 - from 155,550 to 161,772 rubles.
Accordingly, maternity capital will be indexed by only 4%, while inflation at the end of 2021 will be at least 5.8% (and according to some forecasts, even more).
By 2024, maternity capital will increase to 544,301 rubles, Golikova said. Note that we are talking about indexation not of the initial amount of maternity capital, but of its actual balance. That is, if the family has already used part of the capital (for example, for monthly payments or payment for kindergarten), only the unused amount will increase by 4%.
The indexation of pensions was known earlier - according to the Ministry of Labor, it will be 5.9%. And according to Tatyana Golikova, the average old-age pension in 2022 will be 18,521 rubles.
However, one of the new payments will not be indexed at all. We are talking about an additional payment of 5,000 rubles for teachers who are class teachers.
915 thousand teachers in schools and group supervisors in the field of secondary vocational education receive additional payments, and for the next 3 years the amount will remain unchanged.

To prevent boards from buckling and cracking, temporary frames for windows and doors should be included in the home design. It is necessary to provide a gap between the walls and ceilings and movable supports for the rafter system.
