Turnkey houses made of thermal blocks
The technology for constructing houses from thermal blocks allows you to build houses of any number of floors in the shortest possible time, regardless of the time of year. The advantages of such houses include thermal efficiency, fire safety, aesthetic appeal and durability.
Heat blocks are one of the newest types of building materials in our country. Being quite light (no more than 25 kg with standard sizes 400×300×190 and 400×400×190 mm), they are very durable and have high heat and noise insulation properties, and are moisture and frost resistant.
The heat block (heat-efficient block, thermoblock, heat wall) has a composite structure, which consists of three layers adjacent to each other, fastened with basalt-plastic rods:
- The facade layer is the outer facing part, imitating the texture of brick, natural stone, marble. Cement, expanded clay, and granite screenings are used to make the base of this layer. Plasticizers and dyes are used as “decorating” components. The best material is considered to be granite screenings, the worst (in this case) is expanded clay, which over time becomes prone to cracking.
- Insulation layer up to 160 mm thick. It is located inside the block and is extruded polystyrene foam - a widespread and time-tested insulation material. Gives the heat block high thermal insulation properties. The requirement for this layer is that its density should not be less than 25 kg/m
- The load-bearing layer is the inner part, made of the aforementioned expanded clay, bonded with M 500 cement. It perfectly serves as a strength element, while simultaneously increasing the heat and sound insulation properties of the block and ensuring its low density.
A distinctive feature of the technology for building houses from thermal blocks is the bonding of the blocks together with a layer of special glue, which is diluted with ordinary water immediately before work. The laying process itself is simple and quite fast, largely due to the high precision of block manufacturing.
The relatively light (without compromising strength) construction of a house made of thermal walls does not load the foundation as much as, for example, in the case of brickwork, therefore the requirements for the thickness and strength of the house’s foundation are much lower. This important factor, along with the unique qualities of the heating blocks themselves, determines the efficiency and speed of construction.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User's use of the site constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.
2.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to this website. The site administration does not control and is not responsible for third party sites that the User can access via links available on this site.
2.4. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the site user.
Prices
The cost of a single block of thermal walls depends on the size, manufacturer and color. The price per piece varies from 75 to 250 rubles .
The price of 1 m2 of area of a residential building made of heating blocks is approximately 18,000 rubles.
This price includes all materials and components, as well as such types of work performed by specialists:
- foundation in the form of a Swedish slab (this includes insulation with extruded polystyrene foam around the perimeter of the slab);
- construction of load-bearing walls;
- a pair of reinforced belts over the entire area of the walls;
- load-bearing interior walls made of aerated concrete;
- ceilings between floors using wooden joists;
- rafter roofing system insulated with vapor barrier;
- installation of bitumen or metal tiles using a windproof membrane;
- installation of metal-plastic 2-chamber windows and ebbs, as well as finishing of window slopes.
- installation of metal entrance doors and finishing of slopes;
- installation of a ventilation shaft made of solid brick under a fireplace or hood.
All types of work performed are guaranteed. At the same time, remember that you are saving . What exactly?
Firstly , the time that would otherwise have been spent building the walls. A small team of a few workers is able to build the “box” of a building in just one day.
Secondly , the blocks are quite light, so there is no need to use lifts. Consequently, you also save on renting freight transport.
Thirdly , during the construction process a minimal amount of installation mortar is used. Thermal wall blocks are smooth and do not have jagged edges, unlike brick or cinder block.
Fourthly , walls made of multilayer blocks are several times lighter than brick ones. Consequently, less load is created on the foundation. There is an opportunity to build lightweight foundations. And this saves your financial resources by 15-20%.
