Since 2008, more than 15 such houses have been built, created by MNIITEP (Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Typology of Experimental Design).
Apartments in the Domkon series
The apartments in this series have 1, 2 and 3 rooms and meet modern requirements - the kitchens are noticeably larger than their analogues. In addition, the apartments will be distinguished by architectural diversity - all apartments have glazed loggias, balconies and bay windows.

Construction of houses D-25N1
Panels imitating brickwork are used to decorate the external walls. The flat roof is complemented by sloping friezes made of tiles, and the roof structure itself allows for the installation of a helipad.
The following construction materials are used in the building:
- For external walls - three-layer reinforced concrete panels with insulation made of foamed polystyrene 30 cm thick.
- For internal load-bearing walls, reinforced concrete panels 18 cm thick.
- For partitions, 8 cm thick plasterboard structures are used.
- For floors, large-sized reinforced concrete slabs 14 cm thick.
The ceilings are sized “per room”, where the distance between two adjacent load-bearing walls is 360 cm.
External walls are made of curtain (non-load-bearing) panels, in some places installed as the outer layer of the building's load-bearing frame.
The glazing is energy-saving - the windows have double-glazed windows.

The exhibition, located in two halls of the Kremlin museums, will tell about the long journey together. The exhibits on it are amazing. Visitors will see the gospel with which Anna Yaroslavovna came to France. The Gospel was nicknamed “Slavic”; it was with it that the French monarchs were blessed during their coronation. Here you can also see a drawing by the artist Desmarais “Peter I and Louis XV in Paris on May 11, 1717.” In 1944, it was given to Joseph Stalin by Charles de Gaulle. The drawing is noteworthy in that Desmarais personally witnessed the meeting of the two monarchs. They say that then Peter I took young Louis in his arms and exclaimed: “I hold all of France in my arms!”
You will be impressed by precious fabrics (they use silver threads coated with high-grade gold), watches and snuff boxes, lavishly decorated with diamonds, portraits of crowned persons, Sevres porcelain and figurines of the same manufactory. The new film by Alexei German Jr. is, to put it in an old-fashioned way, a film of action. The story told by Herman is inspired by many real stories of recent prosecutions, but the main thing that the film succeeds in is to capture the toxic spirit of the times, forcing good people (such as the nurse played by Svetlana Khodchenkova ) to do completely bad things.
Melodrama “Chance and Guess” (Japan) 18+
The lyrical-romantic opus, awarded the Grand Prix of the last Berlin festival, is originally called “The Wheel of Fortune and Fantasy” - it is a meditation on the theme of love and its various incarnations.
The film consists of three separate short stories. In the first, one friend shares with another a story about a romantic meeting that seemed absolutely magical to both participants. The woman realizes that her friend is dating her ex, and without further thought she goes to him to sort things out. In the second, a married student, at the request of her lover, harasses the professor in the most sophisticated way, reading him his own erotic prose aloud (with, as expected, the office doors wide open). His reaction is surprising - he asks to send him an audio recording of such incriminating evidence to his work email. The heroines of the third short story think that they studied together and now met 20 years later, but this is not so - they are no one to each other, although they decide to play at old acquaintances and even in the process feel something like sympathy for each other.
Thriller “Cold Calculation” (USA) 18+
The new film by the famous playwright and director Paul Schrader is a movie from the 1980s, soundtracked by menacing electronic music, slowed down, performed and indeed with cold calculation - when every camera movement, every spoken word works for the dramaturgy and plays out in it.
The main character, played by Oscar Isaac , is a cold-blooded card player who was imprisoned for crimes in the Abu Ghraib prison, where he served. The past is knocking on his door in the person of a young hulk ( Tye Sheridan ), the son of a colleague of the hero Isaac who committed suicide. The youth does not want to forgive anything and wants to deal with the highest military rank ( Willem Dafoe ), who, as usual, managed to shirk responsibility - unlike his subordinates. The realities of today are translated by Schroeder into the language of classical cinematic storytelling. There is no fatigue felt at all in the work of the 75-year-old master - on the contrary, there is a feeling of some new breath in it.
Drama “Milk” (Russia) 16+
The film is based on the play by Ekaterina Mavromatis on a strange plot about a nulliparous woman who, due to some clinical circumstances, uncontrollably produces milk. She performs on the stage of the Gogol Center, but she feels more organic on the screen than on the stage. Yulia Peresild who is going into space , is also organic, although in the role of a woman who every now and then slips bottles of her milk to those around her, this is not so simple. Not everyone will digest this “Milk”, many may become lactose intolerant, but in general – why not try it?
Drama “Unclenching my fists” (Russia) 12+
The winner of Cannes's second-largest Un Certain Regard competition, Unclenching My Fists is a physiological portrait of the difficult life of an Ossetian girl, Ada, who was destroyed as a child when she was the victim of an (unnamed in the film) terrorist attack in Beslan. Bodily wounds hurt just as much as mental wounds: the heroine is striving for freedom, but the claws of her father, who is sick and in many ways clutching her with a death grip, do not let her go.
The patriarchal-provincial toxic male world is shown on the screen in all its sickening convincingness: it is impossible to get out of it, even if you manage to untangle your father’s furry fists. The metaphor of the picture does not hang in the air, but follows from the very course of things. The director, a graduate of the famous Kabardino-Balkarian workshop of Alexander Sokurov , cannot be denied the ability to create an authentic microcosm from which you want to run away as soon as possible. For now, fortunately, this is still possible.
