- Tatiana. Charme. I chose glossy cream tiles from this series for the living room because the price suited me and the design pleasantly surprised me. The coating conveys the veining of marble very naturally. But after 3 months the gloss began to fade - they clearly saved on the quality of the top layer.
- Yana. Travertino. The kitchen floor has matte beige Travertino tiles. In its pure form it looks perfect and effectively conveys the look of natural marble. But there are a lot of problems with cleaning the floor: all the coloring liquids are absorbed into the material. To get rid of stains, you have to use a lot of cleaning products.
Wood cladding
Natural Life Wood is a matte Italon porcelain stoneware floor tile that imitates planed wood parquet. The products are presented in natural shades: bleached, light beige, walnut, dark brown. Basic samples are monocolor, and decorative ones have geometric prints.

- Yuri. Timeless. Last year I installed glossy Italon tiles from this collection in the hallway. There were no problems in the work - the geometry of the samples was correct, there were no significant deviations in color, the surface of the products was at the same level, so there was no need to worry about adjusting the material. During the year of operation I also did not notice any shortcomings. My biggest fear was that the top gloss would wear off or be scratched, but so far there are no obvious defects.
- Catherine. Maison. I chose this Italon tile for two reasons: reasonable price and spectacular design. Thanks to the matte surface, the material is comfortable for the feet and does not slip. The only negative is that stains remain after washing, so each time you need to carefully “polish” the floor.

I quickly picked up Spanish tiles for my renovation, but I couldn’t choose a store from which to order it. Where they offered me a good discount, in the end it was not available, I had to wait for the delivery of a new batch. In other places I just didn’t want to overpay. My dilemma was resolved as soon as I found my tiles at an even better price in the intercerama online store. As a result, I was selected all the collections of tiles that interested me, in the right quantity and, very importantly, from one batch. They delivered it free of charge exactly on the day it was convenient for me and at the pre-scheduled time. The tiles have not yet been laid out completely, but so far no defects have been found. No one was in a hurry to check the tiles; we could have checked at least each one, but we didn’t want to open the boxes so that later there would be no problems with storing them in the apartment where renovations were underway. In addition, it was agreed that it would be possible to rent out/purchase additional tiles even individually. We haven't needed it yet. The designer created a project with tiles that were not on sale and our adventure in finding tiles began. They trampled all their feet and broke their entire brain. And then my husband found the INTERCERAMA store. This was our salvation! From the first minute I was struck by the attitude: warm, friendly communication, professional advice, and most importantly - immediate. We had to travel a long way to get the tiles and didn’t want to buy them based on the picture. We were invited to come to the warehouse and decide on the spot. To say that this made us happy is to say nothing! They even helped us with the selection, sent us suggestions and options for tiles according to our design in Viber. There are a lot of companies on the ceramic tile market offering, plus or minus, the same prices, the same assortment and the same working conditions. When starting the renovation, I was confused and didn’t know who to choose. A lucky chance and the Yandex search engine directed me to the Intercerama company website. After talking on the phone and then meeting in person, I realized that this is what I was looking for!
A friendly attitude, high professionalism, good knowledge of the market and customer-oriented managers are what distinguishes this company from many similar ones.
When we could not pick up our tiles on time, we were allowed to store them in a warehouse for 3 weeks, although this was not convenient for Intercerama managers. Then we asked for delivery in a low truck so that it could drive into the underground parking lot - and they again met us and provided us with the requested vehicle. Later, due to a mistake by the designer, it turned out that we were missing a few tiles. The office responded friendly to our difficulties and in the shortest possible time they were able to complete us literally one by one (although in other companies they usually do not want to sell small volumes).
I highly recommend the Intercerama company to everyone who wants a good relationship, regardless of the volume of tiles sold, but because you are simply a Client!!!

I had an extremely positive experience working with your store and specifically the manager Artem.
As usual, I went to stores to choose tiles, but after choosing and making the layout (I did it myself), it turned out that one of the positions that I needed was not available. Not knowing that in most cases everyone has one warehouse and started calling online and physical stores. One of the stores that I called in search of tiles turned out to be Interkerama.
Artyom immediately made it clear that he was committed to cooperation, explained about the common warehouses with tiles and even offered to make a layout for free. I didn’t need this, but after calling a few more stores, I called Artyom back and said that I would be happy to make a purchase, but I need a little time (correct the layout, clarify the quantity, etc.), and there is also interest in another tile, which not available in your store. Artyom offered to collect a large order and honestly explained the principle of work, his interest in this issue and possible discounts.
It is extremely pleasant to work with people who do not just “sell the goods”, but are ready to do some additional work and meet the client to make a sale.
As a result, an order for 140,000 rubles with free delivery and good discounts (even higher than what my designer managed to get in stores), good impressions from the store and specific employees.
Delivery is also excellent. The workers who carried out the unloading separately noted that the tiles were well secured in the machine and it was clear that the people knew their job.
Next time when choosing tiles, come to us first!
As a wish, the site needs to be redesigned. Modernize and make it more impressive. Light colors, metro design, etc.
Also, from experience and communication with colleagues, I can say that the web version of the program for laying out tiles is also very attractive to clients. This is not a cheap thing, but people will also “stumble” on your site while searching for a tile laying program, which will lead to new sales.

We ordered tiles from this company because... Having looked at prices in other online stores and in my city (on order), the price turned out to be the lowest. We chose this online store and contacted a consultant who explained everything and offered an additional discount. As a result, the money was transferred to the card. A couple of days later they sent us a photo of the tiles being sent. To our question, what if the tiles arrive broken, they answered: “We will take on this problem and replace it.” This was encouraging 
In general, we waited for our tile for four days (300 km from Moscow). Upon the arrival of the tiles, the manager asked to take a photo of how it was packed and if there was a broken one, then take a photo of it too. As a result, when we received the tiles from the transport company, we found 3 tiles split in half and one had an edge broken off. We photographed everything and sent the photo as requested. The manager said that everything would be replaced and after another 4 days we received 4 more tiles absolutely free.
Thanks to Intercerama and personally to our consultant. We recommend this company to everyone.

The appearance is not satisfactory; the original vintage decor gives the rich gray finish a certain elegance. But I can’t call the finish super durable: after just a few months of use, scratches appeared on the material under the legs of the kitchen cabinets and table.
- Alexander. Urban. Not the best, but not the worst tile in Russia. I laid the finishing on the floor of the corridor, the coating is durable and can withstand household impacts. True, after six months of use, the material has worn out a little at the threshold, but I think this is due to frequent walking on it in outer shoes.

Element Silk is an Italon ceramic wall tile with an imitation of textile wallpaper with a silky effect. The samples have a matte surface and are painted in delicate shades of pink, beige, coffee and blue.

- Natalia. Basic. I chose gray tiles with a matte surface for the hallway. Among the main advantages are an affordable price, practical non-staining color, and non-slip coating. But after a year of using the cladding, the top layer was a little worn, and noticeable black dots appeared.
- Ivan. Surface. The main advantages of the finish are a noble appearance and an affordable price, both for the Russian market. But the quality leaves much to be desired! Already during installation we noticed that the edges of some tiles were uneven. In addition, when cutting, two elements crumbled.
